Welcome to Thornsett Properties, we are a family owned business, established in 1985.

We are property owners and not letting agents - all the properties are located within a short reach of the main University sites - Sheffield and Hallam.

Thornsett Properties aim to meet the needs of the modern student by providing the highest standard of accommodation with the minimum of fuss. We pride ourselves on understanding student needs and requirments for accommodation, striving to make the task of finding a place to live as easy as possible. The full time office manager, Nicki Froggatt will keep you updated with any important information during your stay with Thornsett Properties via text, email or letter.

We comply with all the current legislation regarding Gas and Electrical safety inspections, HMO Licences, Deposit Protection, Energy Performance Certificate
