3 Post-dated Cheques
These are written out when the contract is signed and presented to the bank on the due dates.
For a standard 12 month contract from 1 July to 30 June, the cheques are presented on: 20 June, 20 October, 20 February
Please make sure cleared funds are in your account by these dates
If you cannot remember the amount of the cheque, please contact the office with your property address and we can assist you further.
