Staff and Tenant safety is absolute paramount during these uncertain times.

All Thornsett offices are now closed, the phone lines will remain open during office hours and emails will continue to be answered as normal. Our maintenance staff continue to operate as normal, we ask that you submit your requests using the Report A Repair form and we will carry out work in safe manner - both for staff and tenants.

Maintenance

The maintenance team will carry out essential work only, where it is safe to do so. Requests should be submitted using our report a repair form and a member of the team will speak to you on the phone before attending. The repair form has also had a check box installed to ask if anyone is self isolating - it is vital that this is answered correctly.

The maintenance team have been issued with masks and gloves and other PPE which they can use as they deem necessary.
