We continue to urge you to notify us as soon as possible if you are isolating or have tested positive for Covid19. This will enable us to carefully manage our properties and ensure all our tenants are kept safe.

Whilst isolating we understand it may be difficult to shop for food and other supplies so we have teamed up with ‘Singhs Drop’ to provide a 30-60 minute grocery delivery to our tenants in S10. Please use the link below to make your order.
Our team will only attend emergencies if you or any of your housemates are isolating or have tested positive for Covid19. For any routine, non-urgent jobs, these will be postponed until after your isolation period.
Please log your request on the Tenant Portal via our website and for out of hours please call the office on 0114 2669700 where you will be given instructions on who to contact.
If our maintenance team does have to visit the property, we ask that you maintain social distancing and where possible leave the room in which they are working.
